On February 17, I’ve the pleasure of collaborating in a new plant-based fine dining experience with Oxalis.
On this day, you will have the opportunity to come and taste a unique 3 (*) or 5 course, all-inclusive menu, designed especially for this occasion.
The wines will be selected in accordance with the menu by a Brussels wine merchant. In the evening, a mocktail created by mauve.fleursdetable will be offered with appetizers. Homemade iced tea and lemonade will also be available. Free water included throughout the meal.
There will be 2 services: – Lunch at 12:30 p.m. – Dinner at 7:30 p.m.
The guests share large tables of 8 to 10 people and are served all at the same time.
